It seems like every day another social network site is formed.  So, I ask the question of myself that many of us ask, why join another?

First each relevant back-link to my own blogs helps people find me quicker in a search.

Second each social network has a different appeal to those that join.  I tend to find different connections on each type of network.  My facebook friends are not all the same people that I connect to on Active Rain, and so on.

Third the web 2.0 is changing so amazingly quickly that if you skip out this month, you miss a while lot of new ideas.  Isn't that really what makes social networking challenging?  The new ideas and inter-flow of debates quickly in real time.
